Say goodbye to invasive weeds! We combine weed control measures with fertilization, so your grass has room to grow thicker and stronger. With our
5-step fertilization process, we don't just deliver results—we deliver sustainable, long-term growth.
How Our 5-Step Fertilization Program Works
Our fertilization program is custom-designed for
both residential and commercial properties, providing the nutrients your lawn needs at just the right time to ensure year-round beauty and resilience. Our high-quality fertilizers are enriched with essential nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium to invigorate root development and give your grass a vibrant, healthy color.
Step 1: Spring Pre-Emergent and Fertilizer
Granular Pre-emergent helps to prevent and control the development of annual grassy weeds such as crabgrass and foxtail. The granular Spring Fertilizer helps green up the turf while encouraging growth after winter dormancy.
Step 2: Fertilizer and Weed Control
A balanced granular fertilizer is applied to encourage healthy green growth as well as strong, healthy root development.
A blanket spray of the entire lawn with broadleaf weed control to control weeds such as dandelion, clover, thistles and many others This product works best on young actively growing weeds and is timed to be most effective at keeping the lawn as weed free as possible all summer long.
Step 3: Fertilizer
A sustained release granular fertilizer to maintain green color and plant health through the summer months. While turf growth typically slows during the heat of summer the plants still require fertilizers to maintain health and vigor.
*A spot spray of broadleaf weed control and or crabgrass control may be included with this application if necessary, especially along pavement edges where weeds can develop throughout the season.
Step 4: Weed Control
As the daylight hours start to shorten and temperatures begin to cool, there is often a new crop of broadleaf weeds that begin to emerge. Application 4 is another full lawn blanket spray of broadleaf weed control designed to prevent these early fall emerging weeds from establishing themselves in a lawn. Most spring weeds are actually from seeds that begin growing at this time. This is why a full lawn program every year is so important. Controlling these weeds now keeps them out of the lawn in fall, but also means far fewer weeds next spring.
Step 5: Winterization
In fall, the growth in the part of the lawn you see slows down. But underground this is when the roots are most active. They are growing and spreading as well as storing energy and nutrients to be ready to send up new shoots next spring. We apply a balanced granular fertilizer to make sure these roots are strong and ready to produce a healthy lawn for years to come.
Our expert team evaluates your lawn's progress after every application and adjusts the approach if needed. We perform our services every 4–6 weeks, keeping your lawn lush and thriving season-long.
